New anti-smoking laws under consideration in General Assembly
According to this story, SC legislators are considering a bill that would ban anyone in South Carolina from smoking in a vehicle with a child under 10 years old.

enough is enough,i paid for my car,i pay my taxes,i buy my cigarettes,try and stop me.no law or general assembly will stop me from smoking in my own surroundings. people your just wasting your time. find some other way to generate revenue.
